Completed 2010 - 2011 - This is an alteration and total renovation of a 2 bedroom cottage. We transformed it into a two-storied modern home, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional upstairs living area. A large deck leads off the upstairs lounge, providing water views. The downstairs deck has been extended and the new master bedroom has full height stacker doors leading out on to it. All new windows and doors are double glazed with light green tint. Completed mid 2011 - modern plaster clad home in Awatere Avenue, Hamilton. This is a 2 level house with large decks, gas heating, heat pumps and home automation. Designed by Concept Architecture for Chris and Donna McCaughan. Phone 849 1828. Completed mid 2010 - Tamahere home on the corner of Newells Rd and Parklea Drive. Modern one level house with large garage and quality fittings throughout. Brick and plaster exterior cladding, large exterior covered entertainment area with outside fireplace. Completed September 2009 - refurbishments to a home in River Road, Hamilton. We originally built this house for previous owners in 2000, and have now carried out refurbishment work to the exterior and interior for the new owner. Designed by Pete Bossley, Architects, Auckland. Phone Chris Murphy 021 567 893 Completed April 2008 - large two-storied residence in Hamilton. This home has Sto Plaster System exterior cladding. A Louvreclad aluminium panel is attached to the large upstairs front entry window, providing shade and privacy. The front entry and garage doors are of stained solid cedar. Interior polished tiles reflect stunning golf course views through generous double glazed windows. Phone Gary or Val on 849 5960. Completed October 2007 - two adjoining large apartments at 12 Marine Parade, Raglan. These apartments feature stained cedar weatherboard and exposed honed concrete blocks. The style is very modern, with large double-glazed joinery units and glass balustrading at the front to allow uninterupted sea views. Front decks have opening Louvretek panels in the roof and exterior fireplaces. Completed December 2005 - a Hinuera stone and cedar pool/guest house for the Perry-Harvey family at 23 Dromara Drive, Rotokauri (off Duck Road). This includes a swimming pool, spa pool and outdoor living area. We planned the landscaping to complement the adjacent large Hinuera stone home which we built for them in 2001. Completed October 2004 - residence for the Campbell family at 17 Jefferson Heights, Western Heights, Hamilton. A large 3 level Linea, brick and plaster home built on a steep site.
