We are celebrating 30 years in business. 

During this time we have gained an excellent reputation as builders of quality homes and commercial premises throughout the Waikato.

We have also gained many awards in the NZ Master Builders House of the Year competition.

Our experience covers all types of building and house design. We are also well known for our alteration and addition work - both residential and commercial. We have a good reputation for completing projects within a reasonable time frame, but without sacrificing our quality workmanship and finishing.

Murray Shaw and Todd Shaw are both qualified tradesmen and Licensed Building Practitioners, with many years of invaluable experience.  They personally supervise their team of trusted employees and reputable subcontractors. 

Todd has returned to the family business after several years of building in Europe.  He brings to the company valuable enthusiasm and experience, and is keen to share with our clients his knowledge of up to date European building trends.

Shona Shaw is the office administrator and assists with quoting, management of projects, and advice with interior and exterior decorating.

Our current tradesmen have all been part of our team for several years and enjoy working to the high standards expected of them.  We involve ourselves in ongoing education and construction training to keep abreast of modern trends and the correct application of new materials and fittings.

We specialise in building custom built homes to our clients' exact specification. We can work from the design process, with our client's designer, or with one of the many designers with whom we have built up a good working relationship. 

We offer an obligation free, full contract, and fully detailed quotation. This will include full management of the project and organisation of all the necessary subcontractors.  We pride ourselves on our ability to work alongside our clients in a co-operative manner, to ensure they get what they want, with the least amount of effort on their part, and at the most competitive price available.

Our guaranteed personal service ensures that our clients are kept informed of progress throughout the project. We encourage our clients' personal involvement in the construction process, and with our considerable experience we can assist with decision making. The more we understand our clients' personal requirements the easier it is for us to build their dream home, or construct business premises suited exactly to their professional needs.

As long standing members of the N.Z. Registered Master Builders Association, all our residential projects are covered by a 10 Year  Master Build New Home Guarantee, during and after construction. We are members of Site Safe and ensure that our project sites provide a safe working environment throughout the whole construction period.
